Greetings Pinot Noir

Greetings Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is a hand-crafted wine with red plums, spice, ripe strawberries, black currants, and a long finish. The 2021 vintage is one of the best ever with a slow ripening period due to cool nights, preserving bright acidity and balanced sugars. All grapes were hand-harvested and hand-sorted, with 20 days of skin contact and 100% malolactic fermentation over five months. The wine was aged for eight months in French oak barrels. Enjoy this wine on a winding journey with a good friend.
